WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

At the end of the sale all items are ordered with our wholesalers and placed into production once they arrive.  All items are custom made especially for you!  Our typical turnaround time is APPROXIMATELY FOUR WEEKS FROM THE END OF THE SALE.  


HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Spirit Wear Orders:
Spirit Wear orders will not be shipped. Once items have completed production, they will be quality checked and packaged with receipts. Spirit wear will be individually packaged, labeled with name, and sorted by class or team (if applicable) - ready to be distributed!  
Cotton + Ink will reach out to the spirit wear coordinator to schedule the orders to be picked up in Crystal Lake.
Lake Life Orders:
We strive to package and ship all items within 48 hours of receipt.  Orders will be either personally delivered or shipped USPS at our discretion taking into account time and distance. Paid shipping fees cover postage and/or transportation costs.

HOW DO I ORDER THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?

In order to provide a variety of apparel items that appeal to different requests, our products come from many different manufacturers.  All manufacturer sizing guides are provided with the item description on our website.  We recommend finding your favorite shirt, measuring and comparing to the size guide provided when making your size selection.

 

HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?

If there are any changes that need to be made to your order please email us at hello@shopCOTTONandINK.com as soon as possible.   

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If there is a manufacturer defect or error on our part that was missed during our quality check, we will replace or refund the item. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items where the style, type, size, color or design were incorrectly selected.  This also includes incorrectly entered or misspelled text for personalized items. At the time of purchase you will receive an order confirmation sent directly to your email.  Please look it over to verify that you have ordered correctly.  If there are any issues please reach out as soon as possible to see if we are able to make the necessary changes.
