Shipping policy

Spirit Wear Orders:

Spirit Wear orders will not be shipped. Once items have completed production, they will be quality checked and packaged with receipts. Spirit wear will be individually packaged, labeled with name, and sorted by class or team (if applicable) - ready to be distributed!  

Cotton + Ink will reach out to the spirit wear coordinator to schedule the orders to be picked up in Crystal Lake.

Lake Life Orders:

We strive to package and ship all items within 48 hours with receipt.  Orders will be either personally delivered or shipped USPS at our discretion taking into account time and distance. Paid shipping fees cover postage and/or transportation costs.
