Refund policy

Each item is created especially for you! Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. All sales are final.

• If there is a manufacturer defect or error on our part that was missed during our quality check, we will replace or refund the item.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items where the style, type, size, color or design were incorrectly selected.  This also includes incorrectly entered or misspelled text for personalized items. At the time of purchase you will receive an order confirmation sent directly to your email.  Please look it over to verify that you have ordered correctly.  If there are any issues please reach out as soon as possible to see if we are able to make the necessary changes.
